Alaska Sea Life Center

Visit the only aquarium in Alaska! Availability is limited and you must make a reservation . Prices may vary and are subject to change .

Glacier Exploration

Free Take a short hike to the face of Exit Glacier. Choose to take a guided trip with an Alaskan Park Ranger as they educate you on glacial activity. This is a phenomenal hike to a breathtaking glacier. Click below for additional Exit Glacier Information.

Salmon Fishing in the Bay

Test your skills as an Alaskan angler as you "Snag for Salmon" in Resurrection Bay. This is a unique technique used by locals. After you catch your fish, bring it to the Nauti Otter and prepare your catch in one of the two, fully-stocked kitchens. Fishing license ($20 per day) and pole rental ($20). Prices may vary and are subject to change .

Salmon Weir Visit

Visit the local salmon weir and witness the salmon as they "fly" out of the water and up the waterfall to reach their spawning grounds. This is a great opportunity to see bears.

Scenic Float Trip

This adventure would be a great day trip out of Seward or you could hit this hot spot on your way from Anchorage to Seward. It is just 45 minutes from Seward or 15 minutes from the main highway you are traveling from Anchorage to Seward . This is a beautiful 3-4 hour scenic rafting trip down the gorgeous glacier fed Kenai River in Cooper Landing.

Wildlife Conservatory

If you don't get to view all of the wildlife Alaska has to offer, you will get to observe them in the Alaska Wildlife Conservatory. View all of the animals native to Alaska. Bears, Musk Ox, Eagles, Caribou, Moose and more! The conservatory is located over an hour away from Seward. You will want to visit it on your way to/from Seward from Anchorage.

Helicopter and Glacier Kayaking

Helicopter over the bay and mountains and kayak around ice bergs in the pristine lagoon of Bear Glacier.
